Any person, partnership, association, firm or corporation who wilfully violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of the ordinance codified in this title or its provisions shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not in excess of $100.00. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1348, §2, 1980).
