The purpose of this chapter is to provide procedures for the division of land into five (5) or more lots, tracts, parcels, sites or divisions for the purpose of sale, lease or transfer of ownership within the city of Kettle Falls and to ensure that all conditions of the Preliminary Short Plat or Preliminary Subdivision Plat approvals have been satisfied prior to the recordation of the map.
