10.07.060 Penalty.
This section is included in your selections.
The monetary penalty for violating any portion of this chapter shall be as follows:
A. Two hundred fifty dollars for the first offense.
B. Five hundred dollars for the second offense.
C. Seven hundred fifity dollars for every offense thereafter. (Ord. 1772, §7, 2018).
