This ordinance shall implement and be supplementary to the provisions of the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance, Ch. 303-330 WAC, and shall be construed in a manner consistent with the provisions thereof. (Ord. 1439, 1987; Ord. 1578, §1, 1998).
