The claimant upon reclaiming a dog shall pay an impoundment fee and boarding fee as established by resolution of the City Council. If a dog for which no current license has been issued is impounded, the claimant shall also pay the regular applicable license fee; and if the dog has been impounded more than thirty (30) days after the expiration of a license, a late license fee as established by resolution of the City Council.
