A. It is unlawful for any owner to use any license tag on any dog other than the one for which it was issued. If there is a change of ownership of a licensed dog, the new owner must apply for and obtain a new license as required herein.

B. It is unlawful for any person to steal or remove the tag provided for herein from any dog, with the intent to deprive the owner thereof.

C. It shall be unlawful to misrepresent that a female dog has been spayed for purpose of securing a dog license.

D. It shall be unlawful to obstruct or hinder a control officer. (Ord. 1347, Art. 3, 1980).
