It is unlawful for any peddler, hawker, canvasser or transient merchant, as defined in KFMC 5.08.020, to engage in any such related business activity within the city without first obtaining a license therefor in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The license required under this chapter is separate from and in addition to the business license issued under Chapter 5.04 KFMC, which may also be required when found applicable.
