A. Every person engaged in business and not exempt under KFMC 5.04.040 must pay an annual city business license fee of $35.00 as part of the application for, or renewal of, the business license as provided for in this chapter.

B. Any person operating any type of amusement machine in conjunction with their business must register such devices directly with the city and pay an annual registration fee of $6.00 each for any and all types of amusement machines. (Ord. 1806, §§1, 2, 2022).
