The city council believes it to be in the best interest to have all businesses within Kettle Falls, where allowed by statute, licensed for the purpose of regulation and raising revenue for the operation of the city, except as exempted by KFMC 5.04.040. (Ord. 1806, §§1, 2, 2022).
