On or before the first day of March of each year, there shall be paid by the City of Kettle Falls to the Volunteer Firemen’s Relief and Pension Fund, or to such other fund as by Statute provided, the annual fee as by law provided for each and every fireman, as long as he continues to be a member of the Fire Department of the City of Kettle Falls.
