The City Council of the City of Kettle Falls, hereby ratifies the enrollment of every fireman of the Kettle Falls Fire Department, under the Relief and Compensation provisions of Chapter 41.24, Revised Code of Washington, known as the Volunteer Firemen’s Relief and Pension Fund. Each and every act heretofore taken by the Council of the City of Kettle Falls or their agents in enrolling the said firemen is hereby approved and ratified, and the Clerk of the City of Kettle Falls is hereby authorized and directed to take any additional steps that may be necessary for the proper enrollment of the said firemen under the Relief and Pension provisions of the above said Act.
