A. The fire chief shall, at the first regular meeting of the Council each January, submit a written report of all activites during the preceding year. The report shall include, but is not limited to:

1. Number of fires attended:

a. In town,

b. Out of town;

2. Cause of fire (if possible):

3. Total cost of fire, i.e.; firemen’s pay, gas, water, etc:

4. Number of active firemen:

a. List of crews and their officers,

b. Number of meetings each member attended,

c. Number of responses for each.

B. All information shall be submitted on a standard form and sequence so as to allow for easy comparison from time to time. (Ord. 1334, §6A, 1980).
