Council compensation shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per regular council meeting and ten dollars ($10.00) per council committee meeting. Mayor compensation shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00) per month. “Regular council meeting” shall mean a regular or special meeting called by the mayor or a majority of the council. “Council committee meeting” shall mean a meeting regularly scheduled by mayoral-appointed council committee members to discuss city business within the purview of the committee. No council committee meetings shall have a quorum of presently serving council members present. (Ord. 1450; Ord. 1674, 2007).
