All applications for permits to conduct activities located on or near a project site may require a critical areas report if necessary per KFMC 18.05.140. In granting or denying a permit, best available science shall be utilized per criteria set out in WAC 365-195-900 through 365-195-925 and to develop approved mitigation measures.
