A. A Lot Line Adjustment shall be subject to a Type I review consistent with Section 17.06.037 of this Title.

B. The City Administrator may approve a Lot Line Adjustment without a public hearing, with or without conditions, if all of the following findings of fact can be made in an affirmative manner:

1. No new lot shall be created by the proposed lot line adjustment.

2. Any lot changed by the lot line adjustment shall comply with all of the applicable development standards, such as lot area, lot dimensions, and setbacks in the district in which the property is located. In addition, off-street parking on any lot affected by the lot line adjustment shall not be reduced below the required number of spaces for the use located on the lot.
