The purpose of the Industrial District is to provide minimum standards for the development of sites for establishments producing higher value products, such as: processed foods, recreational, scientific or business supplies and related compatible uses such as warehouses or service industries, provided that no retail sales occur at the point of manufacture. In addition, no use which causes hazardous or obnoxious conditions due to emissions, noise or vibration, or outdoor storage of materials shall be allowed.
