1. At least 50% of all businesses, service, repair, processing, or storage shall be conducted wholly within an enclosed building, except for permitted outdoor uses and such facilities as are designed to serve customers from their vehicles. Outdoor uses shall be screened in accordance with Section 17.03.020.

2. Processes and equipment employed and goods stored, processed or sold, shall be limited to those which do not produce odor, dust, noise, smoke, cinders, gas, vibration, refuse matter or water-carried waste, or noise detectable beyond the property line, i.e., all operations shall be clean and quiet.
