17.02.123 Development Standards.
This section is included in your selections.
A. All development in the C-3 District shall comply with the following:
1. Minimum lot size: None required
2. The minimum setback from property boundaries shall be:
a. Front yard: 0 feet
b. Side yard: 0 feet, except where the property abuts a more restrictive zone district, then the setback shall be the same as the more restrictive zone
c. Rear yard: 10 feet
3. Maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR): 1.0
4. Maximum Building Height: 3 (three) stories, not to exceed 45 feet
