1. All business and service shall be conducted wholly within an enclosed building.

2. Services to be performed shall be limited to those that ordinarily require no transfer of heavy equipment or commodities that reasonably would require loading and unloading of other than passenger vehicles at the premises, except for deliveries to hotels, service to accessory uses, and delivery of office supplies.

3. Mechanical equipment used for the conduct of business within the district shall be limited to devices and processes which cannot be heard beyond the property boundary.

4. Uses shall be operated and properly maintained so that no objectionable odor, dust, noise, smoke, cinders, gas, vibration, refuse matter or water-carried waste is detectable beyond the property boundary.
