17.02.074 Basic Requirements.
This section is included in your selections.
A. Dwelling units in this district shall comply with the following:
1. be the first and original owner of the unit;
2. have a minimum floor area per dwelling of at least 1,000 square feet;
3. have a minimum width of 20 feet, excluding expandable units; and
4. meet all the requirements of the federal and state codes for manufactured homes.
B. The manufactured home shall be placed on a full perimeter foundation of 30 inch depth with footing as per Uniform Building Code.
