17.02.053 Development Standards.

A. All development in the LDR district shall comply with the following standards:
1. Lot Dimensions.
a. Minimum lot size: 1/2 acre
b. Minimum lot depth: 150 feet
c. Minimum lot width: 100 feet
2. Yard Requirements: The minimum setback from property boundaries shall be:
a. Front yard: 20 feet
b. Side yard: 10 feet
c. Street side yard: 20 feet
d. Rear yard: 20 feet
3. Minimum Floor Area of Primary Residence: 1,000 square feet
4. Maximum Building Height: 2 1/2 (two and one-half) stories, not to exceed 35 feet
5. Maximum Lot Coverage: 25%
