Any person, partnership, association or corporation, or any member thereof or officer of same, who violates this chapter or any part thereof, shall upon conviction in the municipal court forfeit and pay a fine not exceeding fifty dollars for the first offense and not exceeding one hundred dollars for each subsequent offense.
