It is unlawful for any person being the owner of, in control of, occupying or using any automobile/truck trailer or recreational vehicle within the city limits for residential purposes and/or sleeping quarters for more than a period of 10 days in any 30-day period unless such trailer or recreational vehicle is parked in a licensed trailer/recreational vehicle park.
