A. The city of Kettle Falls’ administrative authority shall have the right of approval of type and manufacture of proposed floor drains. Installation of floor drains shall be accessible for inspection.

B. After installation of floor drains, the property owner shall be required, at his own expense, to maintain the floor drains in a sanitary and safe operating condition. (Ord. 1514, 1994).
