The purpose of this ordinance is to provide a basis for implementing Washington State Department of Health regulations and to protect the public water system from contamination due to cross-connections. The installation or maintenance of any cross-connection with the public water supply of the City of Kettle Falls is prohibited except as otherwise authorized herein.
