Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor unless otherwise stated. Any person found guilty of the violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $300.00 or more than $500.00 unless otherwise stated. Each day or part thereof a violation is allowed to exist constitutes a new and separate offense and shall be punishable accordingly.
