Travel trailers and recreational vehicles (RVs) with kitchen and sleeping facilities are considered to be “dwellings,” and it is therefore unlawful for a travel trailer or recreational vehicle (RV) to be connected to the water system without a separate authorized metered connection, except that temporary connections for guest accommodations shall be allowed through another dwelling’s meter for a period not to exceed 10 days in any 30-day period. (Ord. 1755, 2016).
