Within sixty days from the date of the passage of the ordinance codified in this chapter, the clerk-treasurer of the city, shall cause notice to be given to the occupant, owner, or householder of each house, residence or place of business within the city, which notice shall designate and set out the number assigned to such house, residence or place of business. The notice may be given by mail or by personal service thereof. (Ord. 1325, Art. III §2, 1980).
