The purpose of this chapter is to adopt the Washington Model Traffic Statutes to regulate traffic upon the public streets and ways within the city limits of the city of Kettle Falls and repealing all ordinances and sections of ordinances in conflict therewith. (Ord. 1342, §1, 1980).
